Well, as the title of this post states, it is official. We are now the parents of a...TEENAGER!!!

I can hardly believe it! So your prayers are definitely needed:) Actually, the first day of teen hood has been pretty good. He did something on his own that I normally have to ask him to do. What a blessing that was! I was told last week as a word of encouragement that during the first two years, teenagers' brains are pretty much broken. I am hoping she was teasing!! But we will soon find out! We are so thankful for all of our children. They are each an asset to this family, and my prayer is that they would honour and serve the Lord in whatever capacity that He would have for them.

Happy 13th Birthday, Brendin! We love you very much!!
