This is our dog, Abbie. She is 2 years old. We have had her since she was just a puppy. Please pray that we can find a good home for her soon. We will not be able to keep her as we will most likely be living out of our van for most of our deputation time. It is probably not possible to take her to Togo, either, as she would most likely become cobra food in the first week there. She is kinda hyper, and a little on the not so smart side. O.k. A LOT on the not so smart side. But she is adorable, and LOVES to sit on people's lap. She is crate trained, and so at night or anytime we leave the house for any length of time, she goes to "bed". She just loves her walks, and she can: sit, shake a paw, and lie down. That's pretty much all. Oh, yeah, she is pretty good about stealing dirty socks out of the laundry basket. I don't know why, but she only likes the dirty ones. It is kind of gross, but it is a fact. She also likes to guard the children's most prized stuffed animals, and she does it as if they are her own puppies. So, when she is told very firmly to "DROP IT!!, she does, and her right ear kind of sticks out a bit, showing that she knows she did wrong. Anyway, she needs a place to go where someone will love her and appreciate her. Please pray that we can find that kind of home soon. We love her and will miss her terribly, but if we can at least find a good home for her, that will soothe things a bit. Thanks for praying with us!
